03 / SELECTED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
My event experience includes project management, operations, logistics, and hospitality in roles supporting TOFF Galleries.
Led the local delivery of a two-day project for 190 participants, coordinating remotely with the D&G Italy team and aligning brand requirements with local teams and vendors.
Scope included operational planning, procurement, setup and dismantling, logistics, and hospitality.
Coordinated vendor confirmations, access arrangements, and on-site implementation for an exclusive opening dinner attended by 82 guests.
Supported catering and dinner setup, security, valet parking, entrance logistics, and final venue readiness with internal teams and external providers.
Supported a luxury wellness event for 68 guests, coordinating vendors, food and beverage, setup, and on-site activities.
Owned the sourcing, procurement, customisation, and delivery of branded towels for 80 guest gift bags, alongside invoice and cost tracking.
Translated creative direction into floral execution for an event table and photo wall, coordinating implementation with internal and external partners.

04 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
I'm Diana Stoica, a hairstylist based in Bucharest, with a background in tailoring and event operations.
I earned my hairstyling accreditation at DallesGO in 2017, where Camelia Negrea was my teacher. After completing the course, I collaborated with her in hairstyling from 2017 to 2023.
From 2021 to 2025, I ran S&D Design, my tailoring atelier, working with clients on fittings, alterations, and made-to-measure garments.
Alongside my operations and executive support work, primarily supporting TOFF Galleries, I have continued hairstyling for theatre, fashion presentations, and other events.
I welcome collaborations with creative teams, brands and private clients, creating hairstyles that complement each person and the occasion.
